How often will I receive products?+
It varies. Match frequency depends on your profile, interest categories, and what slots partner brands have open. Some panelists get matched within days; others wait longer. We can't guarantee a specific frequency.
Where does my data go?+
Your data is shared with the brand partner when you're matched to a test, and with a small set of service providers (email, hosting, fraud prevention). We do not sell personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I leave the panel?+
Email privacy@ustesterprogram.online with the subject line "Remove me." We'll delete your record within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe via the link in any email we send.
